Witch Hazel’s Ornate Wall Plaques bring a little of that questionable wisdom out of the Apothecary and onto your walls.

Each approximately 12–13 inch round plaque begins with an ornate black base, hand-finished with antique gold detailing and centered with an approximately 8-inch vintage-inspired Witch Hazel artwork. A black ribbon hanger finishes the piece, giving it the feeling of an old decorative medallion discovered somewhere inside Blackbriar Hollow.

Choose the warning, wisdom—or thinly veiled threat—that speaks to you.

Each piece is individually finished in small batches, so subtle variations are part of its handmade character.

“If the shoe fits, buy a hat and broom to match.”

Practical advice, really.

Witch Hazel has never understood why anyone would stop at the shoes.

The Haunted House
“If one door closes and another one opens, your house is haunted.”

Forget inspirational sayings about opportunity.

Check the hallway.

Trespassers
“Warning: Witch Property. Trespassers will be used as ingredients in the brew.”

Visitors are welcome.

Trespassers are apparently an inventory issue.

Please knock.

Driving a Stick
“Yes, I am proficient at driving a stick.”

She has a broom.

She has opinions.

And she absolutely considers this a transportation credential.

Broom Parking
“Broom Parking. All others will be toad.”

Not towed.

Toad.

Witch Hazel would like everyone to know that the sign is perfectly clear.

Soul in a Jar
“Darling, I put a soul in a jar. What exactly are we worried about?”

For those moments when life gets overwhelming and you need to remember that perhaps you’re considerably more formidable than the situation at hand.

Also, please don’t ask whose soul it is.

The Details

Each plaque measures approximately 12–13 inches across, with an approximately 8-inch center artwork, ornate raised detailing, hand-applied antique-gold accents and a black ribbon for hanging.

Because each piece is finished individually, slight variations in paint, antiquing, placement and finish may occur. Those differences are part of the character of a small-batch Witch Hazel artifact.

For indoor decorative use.

Created and finished in the Witch Hazel workshop, somewhere in a particularly questionable corner of Stag & Stone’s Nature’s Magical Emporium.
